Dear SI graduates,
As you have been informed, the Swedish Institute will not organise a central graduation ceremony this year due to budgetary constraints related to the governmental development aid framework.
In this context, the Sweden Students & Alumni Network Azerbaijan (SSANA), in continued partnership with the Swedish Institute, is pleased to invite you to the SI Graduation Gathering in Lund! 🎉
This initiative aims
- to celebrate your academic achievements,
- to reflect on the shared SI journey,
- to reaffirm our commitment to the values promoted by the Swedish Institute, and
- to express our appreciation for the SI community, which has enabled many of us to pursue our academic and professional aspirations.
The central theme of the event is: “Unity Makes Strength”.

Note: This event is open to any SI Scholarship holders, graduates and alumni from any Swedish university.
Note 2: The event is financially supported by the Sweden Students & Alumni Network Azerbaijan (SSANA), a non-profit organisation.
Note 3: During the BBQ event, participants will be offered food, light drinks and snacks. Participants are encouraged to bring their national flag as a symbol of the diversity and unity within the global SI community.
