🇸🇪🇦🇿 Dear friends,
On September 23, the event “Green Gourmet Kids: Plastic-Free Cooking Adventure” was held within the “Plastic-Free Week” project of the Swedish Institute organized by SSANA. The group of children aged 9-12 had the chance to participate in the master class on cooking without using plastic materials, to obtain information about the harmful effects of plastic on human health, as well as on the environment.
We would like to thank Tobias Lorenzson, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to Azerbaijan, for giving educational insights about the main topic and for joining the children’s culinary adventure.
